By accessing or using lightswholesale.com (the "Site") and purchasing any product offered here, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of Website
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, photography, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Colors, brightness, and finishes shown on screen may vary slightly from actual products. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, product photography, text, graphics, and the overall design — is the property of Lights Warehouse or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lights Warehouse, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Methods
- Ground (5–7 business days): standard economy shipping, available for all orders.
- Express (2–3 business days): expedited shipping for time-sensitive projects.
- Priority Overnight (1 business day): next-business-day delivery when ordered before 12:00 pm EST.
Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, destination zone, and selected speed. For an instant estimate, use our shipping estimator. Final rates and any applicable residential surcharges are shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link. Most shipments are tendered to UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and package dimensions.
International Shipping
At this time we ship within the United States only (50 states plus APO/FPO addresses). For international inquiries, please email wholesale@lightswholesale.com and we can often arrange freight shipping for bulk orders.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items — including some large commercial fixtures and hazmat-classed power supplies — may not be eligible for air or expedited shipping and will automatically default to ground freight. Lithium-ion driver batteries follow DOT regulations and ship ground only. We do not ship to freight forwarders or P.O. boxes for oversized items.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Window
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging, including all inserts, hardware, and documentation.
- Products that have been installed, wired, or show signs of use are not eligible for return (see Warranty below for defect coverage).
- The original invoice or order number is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@lightswholesale.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address. Please do not ship returns without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-configured or cut-to-length products.
- Clearance and final-sale items (marked as such on the product page).
- Bulk/wholesale orders over 50 units (subject to a restocking fee negotiated per order).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, or an item is defective out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lightswholesale.com. Please include photos of the packaging and product. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
Standard Warranty
All LED fixtures sold by Lights Warehouse are backed by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, measured from the date of delivery.
Extended Warranty
Commercial-grade products (those in our Commercial category, and power supplies rated 100W and above) carry an extended 10-year limited warranty for installations by licensed professionals.
What's Covered
- Premature LED failure (individual diodes or arrays).
- Driver and power supply failure under normal operating conditions.
- Housing corrosion or seal failure within the fixture's IP rating.
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, or miswiring.
- Water ingress beyond the fixture's rated IP classification (e.g., submersion of a non-submersible fixture).
- Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, or lens clouding from UV exposure after 5 years.
- Damage from lightning, power surges (without proper surge protection), fire, vandalism, or acts of nature.
- Products modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Email support@lightswholesale.com with your order number, the product SKU, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video demonstrating the problem. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
The majority of our outdoor flood and underground fixtures run on DC 24V low voltage. This is safer for landscape installations, complies with most local codes without a licensed electrician, and allows longer cable runs. A matching DC24V power supply (see our Power Supplies category) is required.
All commercial fixtures and power supplies carry UL listings. Most residential and landscape LEDs are ETL or cETL listed to the equivalent UL safety standards. Certification marks are noted on individual product pages and printed on the fixture housing.
Yes. For orders of 50+ units, contact our wholesale team at wholesale@lightswholesale.com with your project requirements. We offer tiered volume discounts, custom color temperatures, and project-based net terms for qualified contractors.
Most of our indoor/ceiling panels and commercial fixtures are 0–10V dimmable. RGB flood lights are controlled via DMX512 and can be smoothly dimmed and color-mixed through a compatible controller. Standard outdoor floods are non-dimmable by default; specify dimmable driver options at checkout if available.
The number refers to color temperature in Kelvin. 3500K produces a warm, inviting white similar to halogen — ideal for hospitality, residential façades, and garden paths. 6500K is a crisp, daylight-white often called "cool white" — preferred for security lighting, parking lots, and areas where visibility and contrast matter most.
Not through the standard checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. For international projects, contact wholesale@lightswholesale.com — we can arrange export freight for bulk orders on a case-by-case basis.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Most shipments update within 24 hours of pickup. If you don't see a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact support.
Each RGB flood light ships with the fixture, a mounting yoke, stainless hardware, and a 1-meter DC24V power/data pigtail with DMX512 leads. DMX controllers and power supplies are sold separately — see our Power Supplies and Accessories categories, or contact us for a turnkey project quote.
We do not directly provide installation. For complex commercial installations, we can refer you to certified lighting contractors in your region. Email support@lightswholesale.com with your ZIP code for a referral.
Opened or installed items are not eligible for standard return. However, if an opened item turns out to be defective or fails within the warranty period, it is fully covered — see our Warranty section for details on how to file a claim.
Our fixtures are rated for 50,000 hours of operation to L70 (70% of original lumen output). At 12 hours per day, that's over 11 years of service. Actual life varies with ambient temperature, driver quality (all ours are premium), and surge exposure.
